creditor that didnt vote threatening court action

my iva was excepted in feb one of my creditor
that didnt even bother to vote are now threatning court action how does this work as they were included in my proposal

As far as I am aware they are bound to it regardless so any court action would be futile. I would contact your IVA company and get them to contact your creditor

As Ray says they are bound by the IVA, so forward any correspondence to your IP to deal with.

They can't do anything. As Skippy says, forward the details on to your IP and forget about it.
