Just sent an email to ICO for advice.
Want to be able to word my complaint as strongly as I can.

Hope they get back to you soon.

Keep a note of all the contacts from Lloyds since your IVA was approved, letters, times and dates of phone calls and anything you can get from your ex. It all adds fuel to the fire. If they phone again get names of whoever you speak to.

What a hideous tale. That lady definately has good grounds for a complaint.

this is awful, we are still getting the odd call that says number 'not available' but we just ignore it.

I think we can all agree, this is outrageous. I would not be happy at all. I would also pursue it, the damage they could do. With this sort of irresponsible behaviour. Even if they was finacially linked, that was 10 years ago. DISGRACEFUL
