Keep a note of all the contacts from Lloyds since your IVA was approved, letters, times and dates of phone calls and anything you can get from your ex. It all adds fuel to the fire. If they phone again get names of whoever you speak to.

I think we can all agree, this is outrageous. I would not be happy at all. I would also pursue it, the damage they could do. With this sort of irresponsible behaviour. Even if they was finacially linked, that was 10 years ago. DISGRACEFUL
