Good news Sammy.

You just need to be by the phone - there may be some queries, could be questions about possible modifications and, more importantly, to hear the news that you've been accepted!!!

hi,we got our call 5min into the meeting to say yes!

stay close to the phone,we were told to have the pc on. creditors wanted modifications to IP fees, it had no impact on us,we just had to confirm by email we accepted.

it's a strange feeling waiting, you know it's out of your hands at that point.

i'm sure you'll be fine[:)]

Never had our PC on - just got told that someone needed to be by the phone. Our only mod was the equity release/extra 12 months. My acceptance was over the phone followed by paperwork to sign a few days later.

They could do - depends on your proposal.

If you do have to carry on though, it is better than having to remortgage to release the equity, works out much cheaper.
