i have my creditors meeting tommorow with a debt of £23500
HSBC,NATWEST,MINT,CAPITAL ONE and GE MONEY are my main creditors
which are credit cards and an overdraft only as i have no loans.
i have proposed to pay 55p (£300)per month with Melanie Giles's
Team and am now feeling a little bit stressed as it is now or never.
i am in Full Time Employment and have been all my adult life.
i hope i am making an offer that is going to be accepted as i feel that is what i can realistically afford to make the IVA work.
I don't have a mortgage and do not have any real assets only a loving family who have supported me during this last 3 months.
Usually if i was going for this kind of solution i would have BOTTLED!! out but this time have decided to go the whole way
and be brave.
Anyway let's hope for the best and see what happens.
At least i tried!!!!

Good luck andrew, 55p in £ is a very good return to creditors and the creditors you have listed i cant see a problem.

I am sure you are in the best hands Melanie and her team would not propose it otherwise.

Keep us posted and try not to worry.

Thanks Guys.
i would like to know how many IVA'S come to a successful conclusion to those that fail as i have read some horror stories on the forum from people who have not shopped around and gone to a IVA Factory and seen there monthly payments shoot up and are now struggling.
WHY IS THIS!!!

good luck for today, seems like a good return to me, don't forget to let us know?
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
