We got the paperwork throught today for our creditors meeting, we have the 28th May at 10.00am. So not long to wait, we will I think be chewing the carpet for the next week or two. We are not sure how it will go as we have quite a low offer as I said in previous posts. Lets see what happens next. We have been told to stop making token payments though. This will suit us but not creditors. I will have to put my armoured suit when dealing with phone calls.

Great news, I'm sure it will go through ok. Dont worry about not making any payments, we didn't make any for a month and nothing bad happened. It does allow you to put a little aside for a rainy day once you start your IVA

Good Luck and take the phone off the hook if you can, then when the IVA has gone through change your number and go x-directory that will stop the calls from them vultures [:D]
