Best of luck for the 28th Jan. I'm sure everything will be fine
When I was young I was called a rugged individualist
When I was in my fifties I was considered eccentric
Here I am doing and saying the same things I did back then and now I'm labelled senile

Very best of luck for the 28th, hope all goes well[:)]

If the phone calls really get to you, don't answer or I used to answer in the week and have weekends 'off' wher I would not answer any creditor calls x
Be positive & look after yourself, there are more important things in life than debts....

Best Wishes

Emma x

Hi All

Thanks for the messgaes of support, our IVA application has been rejected and we are back to square one. Will see what the voting went like when we get the report. Right now we are not feeling too good about the world or the banking and credit industry.

Thanks

J

OH NO! That's awful, I'm so sorry. I really feel for you. I hope something can be sorted. Do you know why or what reasons. Viki X

Hi All

Again, thanks for the support. The reason I think is it was a low offer and they want their pound of flesh no matter what the state of the economy. I had hoped the pressure the finance sector is under would have helped but no. I am more resentful of the finance world than ever before and would happily nuke the banking world. We are going to be contacted by Payplan to go for DMP but the amount of debt is big and if we stayed in a DMP it would be years before we were clear. I am not happy with BR as the implications for the things I am involved in a big. Directorships etc. I think it is extra work of whatever shape and back to IVA possibly in six months. I am waiting to see what the reposrt says and see which of the banking ***** supported us and which did not.

My wife has had an IBS attack with the stress of the wait and is still a bit run down as anyone who suffers this condition will know, although she always felt it would be rejected today anyway. It does not help. Anyway, I will ramble on no longer and willl psot something when I know what the results were.

Thanks
