Just had the date through for our creditors meeting. 31st March @ 10.15.
Just one question if anybody knows the answer, our proposal is a joint one and it says in the paperwork to call 30 minutes after the meeting to discuss modifications (if any). Does this mean that both my husband and I must be available or can I agree to it alone?

You can agree the modifications so long as you have your husband's permission - but what a cheek asking you to call them!!! Or maybe I am just a bit old-fashioned. Is someone trying to save on their phone bills!

Thanks guys.
I am with Clearstart.
They have been really helpful so far. It was a bit of a nightmare to begin with as my husband was self employed then the bloke he was sub contracted to let him go. Luckily his old employer took him back!!
