Hi all we have got our date for creditors meeting for tomorrow 4th July (independance day) one at 10am and one at 10.15am, i have a question if someone can answer it, what happens after the meeting? when does the county court come into the equation?

We are a bit on the nervious side at the moment, we are going for a full and final settlement.

Fingers - toes - legs - arms and anything else will be crossed.

We had my daughters wedding at the weekend and everything that could go wrong went wrong [:0] so feeling a bit sickly also.

The Court is already in the equation Suzz, as your IP has filed papers in Court as a matter of course. Your actual protection afforded by the Court, will come into operation in the event that your proposals are accepted.

Thanks for the reply Melanie, so as i understand it, only papers have been filed in court and it is not an actual court date, i got a bit confused with the creditors meeting being at the IP's office.

Court has no real role to play in the proceedings any more - apart from giving you a Court number and affording you sanctuary from creditor action and interest.
