61p/£ is an excellent return for creditors. Well done.

Can I ask were the modifications for IP fees?

thanks everyone for the help and support on this forum.
Plasticdraft, the mods were for IP fees, on reading the ammendments it does not appear there is anything that will affect the payment directly provided payment is made each month.

Again, thanks to everyone who helped me!!

The return to creditors is high compared to most, I had already repaid 18k in the last 5 years before trying for IVA with MG, a few issues with the other company over the 5 years and they said no to going forward with an IVA in first instance earlier this year!!

Great news Calshan - I'm sure Melanie will be popping on here later to add her comment but everyone is delighted with the result - not least of all you!

Happy celebrating.

Still appears a bit of a game to me,Ip's always ask for too much knowing that they will allow themselves to be knocked down a little by creditors.

Surely in this day and age an IP knows how much their time costs and what they can expect creditors to go along with??
