HI

Got my creditors meeting on 3rd may at
11:15.

I got into debt all my own fault and i opted for a iva to try and help me get sorted and get my money in order instead off letting it build up.

i owe £44000 to 4 creditors and am offering 31% back my ip is payplan.

Just getting scared that it will be rejected as it seems a low amount to pay back.

any advice welcome ;-)

Hello and welcome. Actually, 31% is a healthy dividend, so there shouldn't be much trouble over that. Payplan wouldn't be putting the offer forward if they thought it wasn't good enough.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hi michael - good luck from me to!

If it makes you feel any better we owed £80,000 and our dividend of 18p in the £ was accepted. If your IP has gone as far as arranging a meeting then they will be confident that the best offer is on the table and I think 31p is a great offer!

Make sure you post next week to let us know how you got on!
