Still in limbo as yet. Mine is accepted with modifications but Northern Rock have said "no" and, as this is s joint loan, constitutes around 27% of my wife's much smaller debt. Still waiting for further details from Northern Rock but may have thhe jitters for a little while longer. Ours was not a standard proposal and I didn't expect it to sail through, so I remain optimistic that the wizards at JonesGiles will come up with a solution. Meanwhile the Asti Spumante remains on ice.
