Hi there again.

It seems youre both under a great deal of pressure here, I cant see why NR are doing this to you. I bet the 5K they want is only a drop in the ocean for them, yet straws and camels come to mind from your end. Try sticking to your guns.... tell them its really not an option, your daughter must come first, I would be very suprised if a trustee in BR would take this car from you knowing what it means to your daughters quality of life. Sometimes a sick child is enough to deal with and I speak from experience....In the past there have been many times the one little thing on top of everything else I deal with is just too much and I cry buckets and want to run away.

My thoughts are with you, I hope you can work this out.

Good luck and best wishes.
LILY

I do hope you manage to get this sorted soon. This is the last thing you need on top of all your other stress.

Big ))hug(( coming you way.

Just a quick update to say that the creditors accepted the doctor's letter re the car and our IVA is going ahead after a few other minor modifications. Great (yet scary!!) news just before Christmas.[:D]
