Oh that isn't what you wanted or I expect to read. But an adjournment of 14 days will hopefully turn this around to a positive.

Hang in there xx
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Oh pennieless, I am so sorry, but don't give up, IP's can usually turn these things around to get them accepted.

I'm sorry to hear that pennieless. You've got the two weeks for the IP to turn things round for you. We've not had a rejecgtion on here for a very long time - your IP will try really hard for you.

Sorry to hear that pennieless.

There is some hope - the rejecting creditor must be less than 25% otherwise it would not have been adjourned. I'm sure the other votes will arrive [:)]

Penniless try not to worry too much.
We were rejected initially and with the help of the IP put forward arguments against the reasons for rejection. In our case it was the main creditor who objected.
When the meeting reconvened in March we were accepted with a couple of minor amendments.
Can I ask what reason they gave?
It`s not over yet don`t give up, but I`ve been there and know you must be hurting.

So sorry to hear about ur meeting, it's a shame they just can't get on the phone and try and change this creditors way of thinking so you didn't have to wait another 14 days.

Hopefully your IP will sort it for you and i'm sure the next 2 weeks will fly by! x

I don't think they voted at mine either to be honest. Luckily I had enough votes to get it approved. I'm sure your IP has confidence it can be approved in 14 days x

i have my fingers crossed that in two weeks your ip will have worked some magic and chased up the non voters, which will out weigh the creditor who has rejected, sure all will work out well, but this must be an incredibly stressful time for you, the waiting is the worst.
