I have just had an e-mail back from the man dealing with my case and he's told me the creditors meeting was adjourned and he's waiting to get feedback from my drafter,the he will update me.

There must be some queries raised but hopefully nothing much and the meeting will go through on the adjourned date.

I'm just a little more concerned now about the man from the courts that called this morning and is going to call back again later.

If the man returns from the courts call Cleardebt who will be able to give him some info and hopefully put him off until the meeting date. They are a very well respected firm and I am sure they will be able to help.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Will do Foggy and thank you.Spoke to someone at cleardebt earlier re:man at door,and she told me to ignore basically and has got in touch with some people in the know regarding calling the bailiffs(I assume as it was a 7:30 am call) off.
