Hi our creditors meeting is on Thursday morning this week I am so nervous about it not being approved...does any one know any that have been rejected and for which creditors?

Hi underpressure!

Don't worry - your IP will only have put your proposal forward if they thought it had a high chance of being accepted.

Creditors may insist on modifications, but (at least in our case) they only reject a very low percentage of the proposals we put forward.

Best of luck!

Liam

Good luck for Thursday, I'm sure you will be ok.

There's no hard or fast rules as to how creditors vote, but your IP must be confident of it being accepted.

Hi Underpressure,

If you have a pulse its quite normal to be nervous up to the build up of your creditors meeting.

Rest assured your IP will have submitted the best offer to your creditors, and few get rejected.

Be prepared for modifications, and post back to let us all know the outcome.

Gd Luck.

GOOD LUCK DUCK!!!!

I'm sure you have a great chance of being accepted, your IP wouldn't have proposed you otherwise.

Nerves are soo normal. So is looking forward to it baldy! I felt like I was being given a second chance at life and at the same time was wondering "how did I get here"? But if you are at this stage you know you are doing the best thing for your future and that can only be good.

Let us know how you get on.

Good luck from me as well. As everyone said above, your IP will only put forward a proposal that s/he is confident in getting approved. And yes, being nervous is normal. Hopefully by the time tomorrow your nerves will be replaced with relief.
