Hello Guys - thanks for all your good luck wishes!! I had the phone call!! I think??? it's been approved!! They have said all the creditors, apart from 2, have voted yes (the other 2 didn't vote at all)! But she has said that RBOS have put in a claim for £20,900 - saying it's from a personal loan - but neither me or my hubby have ever had a loan off them, and are 100% sure we don't owe this amount! Wilson philips have said that it's probablly a mistake and will get details of them tomorrow!! That creditor also wants modifactions of an extra £100 a month - but I've said no cos I've just dropped my hours in work, so will be £100 less off anyway!! So, in short, i think the IVA has been approved - but will find out more tomorrow! Once again, thanks from me and my hubby for all your positive thoughts and messages!
