Hello All
Just thought I would post to let you know I am sitting here biting my nails and keeping everything crossed as I have my creditors meeting to end my IVA today on payments made to date. The meeting was at 10:35 so just waiting for the phone to ring. Will let you know how I get on.

Just rang Grant Thornton no news on the system yet they said they will get back to me as soon as they can. Dont know if no news is good or bad news. The wait continues.

Hi,

I'm sorry to cast a downer, but don't hold your breathe. We are waiting to hear about our closure almost a year on since we settled early.

I am furious and will be lodging a complaint with the IPA in the hope that others don't have to go through what we've been through. Would have been easier to carry on to the end.

I hope your case is dealt with quicker than ours.

Hi All
Just had a call from Grant Thorton the proposal was accepted and so they have accepted the money paid in to date to close the IVA. I am so happy it was accepted. Onto the next challenge now of the wait for the closure but will deal with that when it comes just happy for now thanks for all your messages.
