Creditors meeting tomorrow at 1pm.... nervous! Let's hope it's a new start!

If IVA is accepted, is that it so to speak? I know first payment is due.

Hi,

Good luck for tomorrow!

Your first payment will be made, you'll set up your regular payments and you'll be on the way to debt freedom.

You'll just need to do an annual review and, if you own your own house, possibly equity release if there is enough.

Hi, sincerely hope that you get that new start you're looking for.

Once it's accepted, you're in the IVA.

Fingers crossed here and do let us know.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Best of luck - if it goes through your IP will write to you and confirm details of your payment and then you are away!
