Scott - I know exactly how you are feeling! Ours was at 3.30 as well and it was about 3.45 when we had the call. I was a nervous wreck by this point!

You might find that some, if not all, of the votes are already in as they are usually faxed across to the IP.

Good Luck Scott,..I'm keeping everything crossed for you and a Happy Birthday for yesterday from me too[:)].....I didn't hear for a couple of hours,..times vary with each individual case I think? but try not to worry,I understand how nervous you are feeling but not long to go now,I'm sure you will hear some positive news very soon...xx[:)]

Oh wow. Northern Rock submitted 48 modifications - all of them acceptable (any many of them to be expected)

That's a lot of mods, but as long as you are ok with them, that's ok. They accepted it - that's the main thing.

Thank you to everyone. A quick run down (before my break down)

Northern Rock (21000) votes yes
GE Money (750) did not vote
HBOS (6000) voted yes
Littlewoods (270) did not vote
Capital One (560) votes yes
Lloyds TSB (24000) did not vote (???)
Orange phones (550) did not vote
British Gas (900) did not vote

So thank you to everyone. My first payment has been deferred until next month. Have a good night everyone
