I took an odd sense of enjoyment from the calls chasing payment afterwards as I felt like I had the control back and could enjoy telling them I was in an IVA! I'd spent so long feeling like it was all out of control and that I was at the mercy of my creditors that those few calls I got were actually enjoyable in a weird way - our IVA gave us control again to stop the spiral )

I've been quite mean of late with phonecalls..i've been answering and putting them on mute. Its actually quite funny listening to them repeat 'hello', 'hello', 'hheeelllloooo' for a good few minutes! Now I think I also will enjoy answering the phone and telling them to sod off!
When you make a mistake, don't look back at it long...the past cannot be changed. It is the present and future that counts
