Thank you for all your good wishes.

We will let you know the outcome as soon as we do [:)]

Hi Everyone

Our IVA has been approved with modifications. From £350 to £460 per month.
We just have to sit down and rework our figures to make sure we can afford this.
We are so relieved that finally there will be an end to all this and in 5/6 years time we will be debt free.
We will post the details later when we receive them.
Thank you everyone for all your good wishes and support [:D][:D]

Thats a big increase. Make sure you can afford before you commit. Well done anyway!

It is a big increase but we will have to deal with that. Its just a great relief to know we are on the road to being debt free.

It is a relief and remember the feeling very well, I had to quickly work out whether I could afford my £50 increase, which so far so good I'm coping with (2 payments down!) Congratulations and only you know if it's manageable.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I can answer that - we always use the higher level of expenditure per the CCCS guidelines, and certain creditors insist on using the guideline figures - this would have meant a difference of nearly £150, but a £110 increase is still very tough to budget for each month.

Great news ... well done. I hope that you are able to make the new figures work out ok. Good luck on what will now be a fresh start for you with none of those awful telephone calls or dreading the postman.
