HI all

Its finally here - our creitors meeting is tomorrow (1.00pm) so nervous and anxious - I have a really wishy washy tummy. Hope it all goes well and not too many modifications or at least ones we can live with.

Also why is it that all stress comes at once??? looks like we may have a leak in the boiler and have a leaking roof in the porch after all the rain - it never rains but it pours!!!!!!

xx

All the best for tomorrow from myself too, hope your boiler and leaking roof problems aren't too bad and easily fixed? Be looking out tomorrow for a post from yourself.

I took the day off - no way could I have concentrated at work. As it was, I got more nervous by the second as the time approached!

Well thank god that's over (not the best day I've ever had!!). Well it has been agreed - with some modifications - the most of which relate to the IP's fees. There are two mods for us 1) the equity release on the property in 4.5 years unless it is less than £5k with an extra year 2) to try and downsize our car and thus the hire purchase agreement within one month of the agreement - with evidence to demonstrate we havde tried to do this. If we are unable to downsize (to a max of £250 per month) we can pay an extra year on the agreement. Our IP did say thye have tried to argue this but no joy - also that the creditor has accepted the proposal with this mod so at worst we will have to pay an extra year - but how can we demonstrate that we have attempted to downsize???

We currently pay £465 per month to BMW with a balloon payment at the end (car is not worth as much as what is owed) so wont be able to Downsize with BMW as they will add on the rest. Could look at another company but not sure if we can get another HP with an IVA and/or how we would get rid of the BMW - do we just return it and then let the IP contact them to include it in our agreement ??? new proposal needed

- I'm confused now but very releived that it has been agreed (I think)x

Well done on getting it approved, but not good about the car.

I hope you can manage to get something sorted out.
