Hi,

Got my creditors meeting tomorrow! its been a long wait, ive had nobody chasing me for money for over a week now and it feels strange and I feel lost.

Just hope all goes well tomorrow lunchtime, but i cant stop thinking the worst!! i.e. nobody will vote, all the creditors will reject it etc etc. :-(

Best of luck for tomorrow. Remember these guys do not get paid unless this IVA proposal is accepted (they are not going to put this through - if they thought it would not be accepted). The Creditors may want a few small changes (that normal).

There is nothing you can do now - (easy for me to say)apart from trying to keep yourself busy :-) Again Best of LUCK !!!!

Thanks for the support, just sat at work trying to take my mind of it, but it's not working! Just seen scare stories about MBNA not voting, and they are my biggest creditor!

I will definatley being letting u know the outcome, got to ring DFD at 12:45 unless they ring me first! :-)

Good luck Jez. Don't worry about MBNA - as long as they have been given every opportunity to vote it doesn't matter whether they decide to do so or not.

I'll have my fingers crossed for you.
Take care,

I had numerous credit cards on my IVA back in 2006, only a third voted to accept, with none against,(MBNA were the worst in phoning me, 4 times daily minimum and they did not vote!).

I assume, and I could so very easily be wrong, that no vote means accept by default.

Best of luck tomorrow, sending positive thoughts...

The relief of the acceptance is only surpassed by the relief of the completion.

Good luck from me as well.

If a company doesn't vote then they are bound by the IVA.

Good luck for the meeting. MBNA voted at mine and it was a yes. If they don't vote I believe that's a yes too
