Congratulations! I remember the feeling well and a Champagne celebration is exactly what you deserve. It takes a lot of courage to get this far and you have a great team behind you.

My hubby is with Amex and they are awful...he was late with one payment and they put a hold on the card and rang him up 4 times the day after it was due getting more and more shirty. They wouldn't stop calling because he refused to make a payment...but he couldn't, the cheque was delayed in the postal strikes and he would've ended up paying twice. AWFUL...especially as you pay for the 'service'!

Great news Lou...Savour that relief[:)] Amex tried exactly the same with me, but luckily their vote didn`t matter so I was able to refuse...Well, you`re one payment down already.

That's the best birthday present to have - I know how worried you have been and how much this arrangement means to you, and I very much look forward to working with you both over the next few years. Thank you so much about the kind words you have said about my team.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

Thank you all for your kind comments. I still can't quite believe that its been accepted. All that stress and worry seem to have disappeared! I feel like I can actually start looking to the future now!
We're looking forward to working with you too Mel. Thanks again for sorting us out!
Just to wish all those with meetings coming up the very best of Luck. I'm sure that it will work out for you. Just try to keep your mind off it (easier said that done!) That date will come round sooner than you think. And hopefully, when it does you can start to re - build your life. That's what we're determined to do!
xx
