Just a thought here. I have not been receiving calls from my creditors now for about 2 weeks, except for Mercers that is. Is this a god or bad sign- meeting tomorrow.

It doesn't really make any difference, Marsha, but good luck for tomorrow in any case. Don't forget to post the results on the forum.

Hi Marsha good luck for today. I found the calls stopped as well before the meeting, it seemed to be from when they got the proposal.

Hi Marsha,

Whether your creditors are calling you are not doesn't actually determine which creditors will vote on your proposal. Its all down to if the creditors believe that they would be getting a better deal in and IVA than in bankruptcy.

This rarely has any bearing on the voting procedure of your creditors. Good luck.
