On the subject of creditors reading these forums. I don't think it's that big a deal as long as your posts are honest, but I am hesitant to give out exact details about my circumstances. In todays modern office everyone has internet access and I know for a fact that a lot of staff who work in firms that provide IVA's have this website as a favourite and they regularly read the posts. Again, no big deal, and methinks a compliment to the site! It certainly saved my bacon by putting me in touch with Tony and Melanie who plucked me from the jaws of bankruptcy and I am now looking at a good chance of an IVA!!
My thanks to Melanie and her team :)

I agree - the information and advice on the forum is there for everyone to share from, and I personally learn a lot from reading other members posts.

I dont really think it is anybodys intention to have a go at their ip's, but merely discuss own personal experiences and concerns and this forum as Melanie said, is a great source to learn from.
Maybe any IVA firms that read on this forum can also learn from the experiences of the debtors who are just looking for advice when trying desperately to find a sollution.
Without this forum and all its valuable advice, debtors would become even more desperate.
From personal experience i know how hard it is when you simply dont know which way to turn.
Heres hoping IVA firms dont take things too personally.

I am glad that the creditors are reading this forum.
I only wish some of the creditors like Northern Rock and American Express would take notice and change their attitude , behaviour and moderate their agressive attitude.
