One of my debts was with Barclays bank which was then passed to moorcroft debt recovery. When the voting was done a company called Max Recovery ltd voted on this debt. Moorcroft rang me 10 mins ago wanting proof of my iva i explained that max recovery were dealing with it but they want copies of my iva etc . Ive completely had enough today . Any advice would be gratefull.

Max Recovery have bought the debt from Barclays, who are no longer in the picture. And yes, there are correct to say that your IP should have circulated proposals to debt collection companies as well as the creditors themselves, if they were aware that the accounts had been referred to collectors.

Again, your IP ought to be dealing with this, although it does take a little time for paperwork to be processed so do be a little patient and things will soon calm down.
