Out of interest for others creditors who voted yes to our recent IVA acceptance were LLOYDS TSB MINT MORGAN STANLEY PARAGON GE MONEY ALLIANCE + LEICESTER CITIFINANCIAL and HFC BANK (for JOHN LEWIS ) Nobody voted no although ADDITIONS + MARSHALL WARD didn't vote. It was accepted at 25p in the pound [final settlement) which shows most creditors will accept a low return if the best proposal is put forward - thanks due to Melanie. Good luck to everyone whatever stage you are at in dealing with your debt.
