hi, just finally put forward my proposal for a f&f returning almost the full dividend....

Just wondering if due to the credit cruch that it might not be accepted because I get a lot of people are having to take out IVA, DMP etc or even repossessions so just a bit worried it might not be accepted???

Hey Aaron, good luck. If you post your offer and circumstances then perhaps the technical experts can comment. I'm sure your IP wouldn't put the offer forward if they didn't think it would be accepted. X

If you are offering almost a full repayment, I would anticipate that creditors would snap your hands off rather that risk getting less if you were to enter into bankruptcy proceedings.

I agree with Melanie.
When hubby and me were putting together his f&f, we were a little unsure because all we could raise was slightly less then the original promised dividend.
However, when actually working out on paper, the ammount they would each recieve from our offer, the difference wasnt that much compared to what they would have got.

Best of luck with your offer, i dont think you have much to worry about.
