once an IVA is set up, can the Child Support Agency put an attachment of earnings order to claim arrears?

I'm intending putting the CSA on the list of creditors but they may simply take any money they're after straight out of my earnings

Hi Rickyg33
Dont think you will be able to include them as a creditor, your ip will have to work out a repayment plan for the arrears and then vary you IVA payments.

Hi
You will find that CSA arrears survive even if you go bankrupt. And 6 months arrears from 6 months ago are still arrears
