I am currently living in Australia, we have been here for about 5 months. I have a buisness at home that was going to provide us an income for the bills at home. This has now not become possible and we can see the only way out as BR, we are intending on staying here permantley. We have a house in the UK that has a secured loan against, there is still at this amount about 30K in equity. I have been told we need to return to the UK to file for BR, I am looking for advice on moving this forward we have no income coming at home however we are both working over here, have been told an IVA is not possible due to being domiciled in Oz. Any assistance really appreciated

Have you looked at the Australian law - they have very similar procedures to over here. A good Australian lawyer ought to be able to assist you with this.
