If it suits you then go for it and you're able to use it efficiently. I do own a bicycle but it wasn't out the shed last year and not sure it will be this year - how useless am I? I could bike around here as it's very flat, maybe not for work but for exercise/recreational time on a weekend and I really should make more effort. x

Last time I tried a bike I nearly injured myself!

Prefer indoor exercise now where nobody can see me!

If you talk to a friendly cycle shop you can end up with a couple of bikes, tag-a-long, rear kids bike seat, hats, bike pump and lock. Tax and interest free.

Now let me think, what should I do !!

I never learnt to ride a bike as a child and had yearning a few years ago to do this, not a good idea at my age and failed miserably until I spotted an adult trike on e-bay. Now love going along the seafront in the summer...

I used to love riding my bike as a child but just got out of the habit and I'm more of a couch potato these days other than walking the dogs.

I've not used it for a few weeks and really must get it out again. I got some holiday from work coming up so I'll do some then.
