Phone call recieved and all went very well. A few minor changes to do with Payplans charges and our pensions (only mine will be affected I think), otherwise proposal accepted. Great weight off our shoulders, and looking forward to a debt free life. I know things won't always be plain sailing (is there any time it is?), but here's to calmer waters ahead with only the odd iceberg to negotiate, rather than a wall of ice as far as the eye can see. yes we started the whole initial discussions with CAB in January and found this forum soon after - fingers crossed will all go ok - ours is not a straightforward one - we had to send a mini proposal to one of our creditors first to see if they would even consider the whole process
