OK......The deed is done.

Did not even see the Judge as you are no longer required to go before them in person at Cardiff court, was introduced a few months ago, it was to be put before the Judge at 10am this morning. So I was in limbo for an hour, but it really was painless, I was in and out in 10 mins, and had the call from the OR's office about 20 mins ago.

My telephone appointment with the OR wont be until 28th August, I have called all my creditors to let them know.

Thanks for all your kind words of support, as ever much appreciated.

Just another update, I went into the CO OP this afternoon to discuss my cashminder account, the OR stated they will be writing to them but it is entirley up to the co op if they allow you to continue using it afterwards, the coop said its entirely up to the OR?????????But they do not have a problem and to ring head office tomorrow to discuss.

Meanwhile back at the ranch, thought best to go and speak to the Nationwide, 10 mins later walked out with a new sort code and Bank account, they have absolutely no problems with undischarged bankruptcies, and were a pleasure to deal with.

It really was a painless day, and just wanted to reassure anyone who is shortly to go down this route.

Although I think everything has caught up with me, am ok just so exhausted. I think I am going to sleep well tonight.........[|)]at last
