Hi All

We have our date for the IVA meeting, it is on Thursday the 5th of February. it is our second attempt the first was rejected. We are as optimistic as possible but with one rejection it is not as high as it could be. If this fails then we both feel that creditors will give us no option but to go for BR. Our worst option and outcome. We will see.

Thanks

John

Hi Melanie

It was turned down as too low an offer, although I do feel that the company that put it forward did no negotiating just accepted the result. If you want to discuss it with me I would welcome the chance, let admin pass on my email address.

Thanks

john

Are you now making a higher offer via the same company. Happy to chat to you if you feel that would be of value John, but if you have a practitioner acting for you I would place your trust in them at this moment in time.
