Hi Lokopaul
I had 9 creditors and all of them passed their voting instructions to either Grant Thornton or TIX who did the voting on the day on behalf of the creditors. I understand this is the norm.

must be right then, another strange thing today was i had a letter from yorkshire bank offering me reduced payment terms on my 2 loans, £69 instead of £415 a month and £30 instead of £292 a month , this was totaly unexpected as i didnt suggest it and on paper is cheaper than my IVA is going to be

Looks as if they were trying to come to some private arrangement like a DMP. am sure you will be better off just letting things run their course, be strong and this time next week all will be well...

I don't envy you having got ready for a decision and then being disappointed, however maybe take the view that this is the vote that will get you approved so its worth waiting for- all good things come to those who wait

Hi lokopaul - our first meeting ended a bit like yours with not enough creditors voting so got adjourned!! We felt very dejected but Freeman Jones worked their magic and a few days later with a few modifications we got a positive outcome.
Good Luck.
