I have spent several months cleaning up my Eperian credit report which unbeknown to me had lots of information on there which was incorrect.

I have however noted that all my creditors in my iva have defaults against me with corrisponding dates inline with my IVA.

All but one WELCOME FINANCE they have not defaulted me of which i believe they have to as the default stay on there from date of default.

Can my IP Help with this ?

No creditor should put defaults on your file once the IVA has been approved.

However, a lot of them do.

Once your IVA is completed, you can then write to any creditors who have defaulted you after the date, and tell them to remove the defaults.

Your IP is unlikely to be able to help you in clearing your credit file, as this is not within his/her remit.

It's down to you to contact the creditors to get them to do it. If you look at Skippy's blog there is a template letter on there you can use.
