Our daughter has been giving us 125 pounds a month for housekeeping. She is 19 and at uni but living at home. She also works in a chemist on a Saturday. She is currently undergoing heart tests and is giving her notice in at the chemist. We will no longer be receiveing the 125 off her each month for 2 reasons - 1 she wont be able to afford to give it to us when she finishes at the chemist and 2 if we are bankrupt we do not need to take it off her to help towards food and electricity because we will be able to manage.

She has been transferring this in to our bank each month (although this month she has stopped) will I need to put this down on the bankruptcy forms? I was not going to and then if anything is said they can check out with the Dr that she is undergoing heart tests and check out with her employer that she has given a months notice. (although she is not giving this untill end of October)

The OR will see that this has been coming in Dee so I would put as much information down as possible. You can explain it in more detail with the OR at your meeting. Wait for one of the BR experts to clarify this though. I hope your Daughter's tests go ok. X

If you are not receiving the money any more than that is a fait accompli for very good reasons. The OR needs to be informed of this but will accept your explanation. I sincerely hope that the tests will go well and that your daughter will soon be better.
