You would think I would know that about my own clients wouldn't you Angela!!!

Sorry got carried away by Mish's post about bankruptcy and forgot that your question related to an IVA. Even less chance of your circumstances affecting your daughter.

phew!! had a bit of a panic there.. thanks melanie.. you worry about your children, don't you. i hope she never makes the same mistakes as us!! and would hate our mistakes to ever hold her back

I agree with Mish's comments - I have taken Police officers through bankruptcy and superior officers are comfortable if no fraud BRO etc.

As mentioned earlier provided there is no financial association parents credit file should not impact on children's credit rating
