David Mond - I was interested to see that you mentioned a "class action" against Mercers - would you please look at my recent post (today) on that very subject - what do you think? I would be interested in Melanie's views too. David

My own view is that Mercers need to understand the IVA process a little better, as it seems that they continue to harass Barclays customers long after an IVA has been accepted - even when their client has voted in favour!

Perhaps Barclays don't communicate too well with them. It certainly seems that the information doesn't filter down to the call centres.

Mercer's is the debt management arm of Barclays and is owned by Barclays - looking into whether a class action can be brought.
