Hi Louise

Welcome to the forums

Secured loans can't be covered by an IVA

Hi Louise

I am afraid that secured loans cannot be included within IVA proposals, and you will need to maintain payments towards that to ensure that your house is not put at risk.

With regards to the credit cards, how much do you actually owe and whose name are they in?
