this is my first real post on here and just thought i would give my opinion on some of the dca's that i had dealings with before my iva was set up.the worst one was rma(the dogs of mbna)they were rude and bullying on the phone and many of them spoke very poor english.the next one was fredrickson(capital ones hounds)they were also rude but mostly stupid but easier to deal with than rma.the next on the list is a company called dca they were not to bad but just read from the same script all the time, now changing the subject slightly i would say my worst creditor to deal with was hsbc no one spoke english and we used to get calls 3 or 4 times a day 7 days a week from mumbai.they would ask me all the time if there was anyone in the family that would lend me the money to pay them off!!!!!!.the most pleasent people to deal with were mint credit card.any way thats my rant over.

Mercers were my worst nightmare - constant calls all of the time.

HSBC are just a pain, full stop!!

Blair, Oliver and Scott always amused me as the internal DCA of.... Bank Of Scotland, work it out

They don't tell you that of course, you think it's a real external DCA that they passed your account onto.

Very sneaky.

Allied Internation Credit (AIC) was the worst one for me representing Lloyds TSB. And this was two years after my IVA was approved!
Final payment made Dec 2011.
Certificate of Completion arrived 26th Sept 2012
