Sounds like a self employed collector attached to Mercers Vicki. Try not to worry as she has no real legal ability to force money out of you. If this were to go to court it could take at least 6 months by which time you will be in an IVA, so at the risk of being kicked off the Forum I say b***** them.[:D][:D]
