What an awful situation to have been in.

Surely this was an illegal move by Argos as pennieless is protected under the terms of the IVA, have Argos not left themselves open to some form of prosecution?

I would say yes but Argos may have sold the debt on so it may not be Argos that 'cocked' up!

I think that you are a client of mine? If so, please let Liz know on Monday and she will sort this out for you. This sort of behaviour by creditors post-IVA is simply not acceptable.
