I had this letter on Thursday and it really brought back everything. I really feel down right now and crap as I have a cold. This company have my phone number and I just know they are going to harrass me. I have handed everything I had over, I only have £200 pounds in my ac****, I would willingly hand this over to end this but I dont know whats round the next corner. I dont know how many more corners I can cope with. When the kids break up in a couple of weeks its going to be full time and I dont know if I am up to it. This was the tone of my letter to them today. Who is responsible for a, b anc c and how many a's b's and c's can one person cope with? All I asked for was a room to maintain my childrens quality of life and I got an onslaught of incompetance that I did not deserve.

Its not as if I am a nasty, complaining person, I have just had enough.

Thanks for everyone who has replied it really means a lot to me.
