I have 15 month left on my iva . I'm a tenant. My debt company say I owe an extra 3 grand because of pay increase and overtime. My partner has lost the income she had wen we statrted the iva and my bills and expenses have increased . They say they will have to extend it. What are my options as I don't trust the debt people?

Have you done a new income and expenses form to show that your income has reduced and your expenditure has risen ?
Was it a joint IVA ?

Which firm are you with Keith? Was your partner's disposable income included in the original offer made to your creditors? If you can no longer afford the IVA payments, due to the change in your partner's income, your IP can probably reduce your payments by up to 15% of the original sum - or if you need a larger reduction then they can call a meeting of your creditors to consider this.
