That's god news about your payments staying the same - we're with debt free too.....did you wages go up by more than inflation or not ? Your overtime - I am surprised they have not asked for this to be paid monthly - all bonuses we have are to be declared within 14 days of receipt and paid within 14 days of their request - have you read your chairmans report as it is in that in small print! If you don't have to pay then WOW! you have been lucky but don't be surprised if they don't ask you for it at a later day!

What did they ask you to produce for your annual review ? Our's is due in September so keen to know!

9 down 51 to go!

wages went up a little more than inflation but petrol and food went up so it equaled itself out.we have not got that 14 days it does say to pay over 50% not monthly though.thats why i put it away.we had to send three months wages and latest p60

Nothing about bank statements ? They have asked me to start gathering monthly petrol receipts!!!!!!!

I'd keep hold of your 50% overtime money as no doubt when they realise they will shout!

I would thoroughly recommend paying over 50% Bonus / Overtime contributions every month as and when they are received. It gives you peace of mind knowing that you are up to date and avoids storing up possible problems in the future.
47 months completed - 13 months to go.

Excellent advice there from Optimist - and from an IP's perspective it makes my job a whole lot easier if clients can be disciplined to do this.

In my agreement it states each review I am required to send in my P60 & three wage slips, It dont say anything about providing petrol reciepts though, can they ask for other things such as reciepts even though its not in the chairmans report to do so ?
