debt from repossession of house after becoming br

hi, does anyone know if i would still be liable for debts from the repossessiong of my house such as redemption charges and repo costs after i go brankrupt , as plan to do brankrupt in next few weeks and can longer afford to keep up mortgage payments so will have house repossessed eventially but worried i just end up with another load of debt from house. as i can not wait untill house repossesed to go br , thanks x

also is child maintenence payments included as an income or is it treated like child benefit and tax credits which i have read is not included thanks x

Hi
No,once you are bankrupt all your debts,including those from a shortfall from any secured property,inc costs,will be included.
With regards to child maintenance i believe that this is not included as I can see no reference to it in the official guidelines

Child maintenance is classed as income for the purposes of IPA and IPO calculations, but is primarily viewed as being for the children.
