Hi All

One of my debts has been sold to a company called CapQuest, and they have been in touch to collect the money, We are in the process of applying for an IVA and are currently in a DMP. My question is does anyone out there have experience of CapQuest and are they supportive if IVAs as they now have the vote on this debt.

Thanks

John

For purchasers of debt such as CapQuest an IVA would represent a good outcome so I think you will find them supportive - although I would add they may well continue to chase you until an IVA actually happens.

Best Regards

Hi,

If the debt has been formally assigned to Capquest then i suggest they will probablly vote in favour of an IVA, if they bother vote at all.

If you tell us a little more about your circumstances (debt level, disposble income etc) then i can give a more accurate answer.
