Hi so I'm in an IVA
I came across a firm called debt rescue this firm apparently contact my creditors and they are solicitors trained to deal with debt.
They challenge the creditors and find faults in contracts and get the whole debt written off.
Has anyone used this firm ??
Looking to see if it's true.
I want out of my IVA asap !

Sorry that will be rubbish. When is your IVA due to finish - unless of course it already had.
